Over the past few years, I’ve been on a deeply personal journey - moving from a place of stress, self-doubt and constantly feeling like I had to push harder, to a life that feels far more aligned, joyful and free.

Along that journey, I discovered powerful tools, perspectives and practices that helped me shift the way I think, work and live. Today, I share those insights to help others create lives that feel just as fulfilling.

I was born and raised in Namibia, a beautiful country in Africa with just over three million people. Having also lived in South Africa and the United Kingdom, and worked and traveled in many countries, I bring a global perspective to everything I do.

Professionally, I’m trained as an actuary and hold an MBA from London Business School. I’ve worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, an executive and investor, and have co-founded and led several businesses - including helping build one of Namibia’s leading private equity firms.
