MEET THE founder of the fulfilled life
Over the past few years, I’ve been on a deeply personal journey - moving from a place of stress, self-doubt and constantly feeling like I had to push harder, to a life that feels far more aligned, joyful and free.
Along that journey, I discovered powerful tools, perspectives and practices that helped me shift the way I think, work and live. Today, I share those insights to help others create lives that feel just as fulfilling.
I was born and raised in Namibia, a beautiful country in Africa with just over three million people. Having also lived in South Africa and the United Kingdom, and worked and traveled in many countries, I bring a global perspective to everything I do.
Professionally, I’m trained as an actuary and hold an MBA from London Business School. I’ve worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, an executive and investor, and have co-founded and led several businesses - including helping build one of Namibia’s leading private equity firms.
Today I’m an entrepreneur, investor, mentor and speaker, and the founder of multiple ventures supporting businesses and economic development in Namibia and beyond. Nicole
But beyond the titles, I’m also a wife and a mom to two young children - which means I understand the real challenge so many of us face: creating a life that balances success, freedom and happiness.
That challenge is exactly why I created The Fulfilled Life.
My goal is to bring together the most powerful ideas, tools and insights from personal growth, business and life design - and translate them into something clear, practical and transformative.
Because a fulfilled life isn’t something reserved for a few people. It’s something all of us can create.
